The program is offered by remote sessions through virtual meeting, phone / text messaging
Program Outline:
Week 1: Introduction to living healthy and preparation
Week 2: Goals of a new lifestyle...what's your motivation?
Week 3-5: Self-development program consisting of encouragement to exercise, healthy eating, and drinking of water to support positive change. Activities are dependent upon the season, ex. biking, paddling, golfing, archery, walking
Week 6: Self-evaluation
