Since I found that I am sensitive to wheat products, I have been increasing the amount of vegetables in my diet. But the last two days I've tried wheatgrass and I feel great...but sooner. I'm happy I am taking my health seriously. I also encourage everyone to take their health seriously, through eating wholesome foods and moderate exercise.
